Installation precautions
1. Location selection:
The installation position should be far away from the water inlet, otherwise the fluctuation of the water inlet may cause the switch to malfunction.
If the switch device is located on the wall of the container pool, an L-shaped angle steel bracket can be installed.
If the switch device is located in the mixing area, anti wave tubes or anti wave baffles can be installed.
2. Pipe diameter selection: Choose a flange connection pipe with an inner diameter greater than the diameter of the floating ball.
3. Wiring requirements: It is recommended to use multi-core cables for wiring.
4. Load matching: The controlled circuit load must match the contact capacity of the float switch.
5. Liquid specific gravity: The specific gravity of the tested liquid must be greater than that of the float.
6. Float position: The action point of the float has been adjusted according to the customer's order requirements at the factory. Please do not adjust the float position arbitrarily.
7. Vertical installation: When installing the transmitter housing, a vertical suspension line should be installed without any tilt in any direction.

Wiring precautions
During the wiring process, ensure that the power cord is connected correctly to avoid short circuits or open circuits.
2. At the same time, ensure that the signal line is firmly connected to avoid poor contact or looseness.

Setting and Debugging
1. Sensitivity adjustment: According to the characteristics of the liquid and the requirements of liquid level changes, the sensitivity adjustment is completed through the adjustment button or electronic panel on the controller.
2. Upper and lower limit settings: Set appropriate upper and lower limits for the liquid level according to actual needs. When the liquid level reaches the upper limit, the controller will trigger an alarm or control signal; When the liquid level is below the lower limit, the controller will perform the corresponding operation.
