Definition
A liquid level valve, also known as a liquid level control valve or hydraulic control valve, is a valve that can automatically control the liquid level height of containers such as water tanks and towers. It detects the liquid level height through sensors and controls the opening and closing of valves through control devices, thereby achieving precise control of liquid flow and level.

Working principle
The working principle of the liquid level valve is mainly based on the following methods:

1. Float ball type: The valve is controlled by the up and down movement of the float ball. When the liquid level rises, the float rises and pushes the valve to close; When the liquid level drops, the float drops and the valve opens.
2. Electrode type: The liquid level height is detected by the change in capacitance between the electrode and the liquid level. When the liquid level changes, the capacitance between the electrodes will also change accordingly, triggering the action of the control device and controlling the opening and closing of the valve.
3. Ultrasonic type: uses the reflection principle of ultrasonic waves to detect liquid level height. The ultrasonic sensor emits ultrasonic waves, which reflect back upon encountering the liquid level. The liquid level height is determined by calculating the time difference between the emission and reception of ultrasonic waves, and the valve is controlled to open and close.
4. Differential pressure type: The opening and closing of the valve is controlled by the static pressure difference of the liquid. When the liquid level changes, the static pressure of the liquid will also change accordingly, triggering the action of the control device.

1. Water pressure value: minimum water pressure of 0.2kg, maximum water pressure of 10kg.
2. This product should be installed vertically on a horizontal surface.
3. This product belongs to the liquid level control valve, and the float ball must be installed during installation

4. First, fix the inlet pipe on a horizontal surface, and then connect this valve to the inlet pipe according to its specifications. The main inlet pipe should be compatible with the nominal diameter of this valve.
5.When in use, all shut-off valves in front of this valve should be fully opened.
6.If two valves are installed in the same pool, they should be kept on the same horizontal plane.
7.Before installing this valve, be sure to flush out any impurities in the pipeline.
8.When using the interior product, there may be water droplets at the bottom, which is a normal phenomenon.

Maintenance and upkeep
When the water quality cleanliness is poor and there are many impurities in this valve, appropriate maintenance is required. When the user finds that the water addition time is prolonged, they can remove the control valve from the inlet pipe and clean the filter screen.
