The high flow filter element is made of polyester fiber cloth filter material, which has durable performance. The filter medium, center rod, and end cap are glued together as a whole to ensure better sealing of the end cap. Due to its folding design, it provides a larger filtration area, longer filtration life, reduces the number of filter element updates, and lowers filtration costs compared to other filter elements. Packaging & Shipping

1. Products are packed by shrink film.  It can reduce abrasion when transport.
2.Products are packed by high quality carton, suitable for long distance ocean freight transportation as well as changing climate and with good resistance to moisture and shocks.

Installation Instructions

1. First, check the O-ring, clean the filter element sealing ring in a timely manner, and place it flat in the sealing groove;
2. Soak the O-ring with process fluid;
3. Remove the packaging bag, cover the head, assemble the filter element, and tighten the filter hanging cover clamping bolt;
4. Unscrew the vent valve on the top of the casing;
5. Loosen the inlet valve slightly to allow the liquid to enter the casing until it flows out of the vent valve, and then close the vent valve;
6. Gradually unscrew all the outlet valves, and then slowly unscrew the inlet valves;
7. Flush the filter element with flow rate for 5-10 minutes;
8. The filter element cannot withstand high flow impact, nor can it be subjected to heavy pressure in the opposite direction.
