Reliability of components
The end plate is an important component of the membrane module. Our company's end plate material is fiber-reinforced transverse plastic, which has high strength, pressure resistance, and excellent resistance to high pressure and impact.
The sealing design is professionally designed with a "V+X" ring and an O-shaped end plate sealing ring to ensure that it does not drip water in both low and high temperature ranges.
The sealing design of the side opening is a combination of L-shaped bulging circular pads, ensuring better sealing of the side opening mouth under angular deviation.
The fastening of the side opening adopts an upward lifting type tightening nut, making it more adjustable.
Referring to the actual aluminum alloy plate of ASME, the outer ring aluminum alloy stopper is distributed in the groove, and the locking nut is controlled around the aluminum plate to make the pressure safer.
