The UDF granular active filter is designed to effectively reduce unwanted odors and odors, such as chlorine. The design allows water to enter one end and ensure maximum adsorption through the longest contact time with carbon. Added internal expansion pads to minimize channels or bypasses. Using a nominal 20 micron post filter non-woven fabric to reduce carbon powder and other suspended particles. The filter element contains activated carbon based on coconut shell, nut shell or coal shell, which not only reduces chlorine but also effectively reduces certain organic chemicals.
